Fia Nyxx – Dreamer’s Alibi

Harry Kappen has just put out ‘Good Samaritans’. It is a classic rock drift with moments of that post rock mellow energy. Lyndo Jaco is a solo rock project that is meant to go on exploring into the expanse of the genre. The artist works from his home studio, projecting his inner landscapes and state of mind into the music. It’s impressive how much nuance he’s able to cultivate and develop within his soundscapes. His latest release is the EP titled 3, a three track collection that knits classic rock into indie rock and post rock. ‘Feeling’ is the track that opens the collection. More than a song, it presents as a mood which is then developed into the spirit of the theme. With fuzzy textures, resonant basslines and expansive riffs, the sound keeps growing. Lyndo’s vocals are rustic and raw, gruff in a way that seamlessly loops into the rest of the soundscape. The feel-good atmosphere and the feeling of harmony that you leave with from this song will call you back around.
ReeToxA – Erica And The Stars
