Kalligary is an alt rock band whose sound fills up everything around you. It’s so rich and full that it can be consuming. In the best way of course. Mick J Clark – This Life Is Unforgiving
Mick J Clark is a pop rock artist with a classic style. A gentleman’s musician with vintage charisma and heartfelt presence. His music also carries these characteristics and grows on you. In his track, ‘This Life is Unforgiving’ he addresses the cycles we are building as a society and how if we don’t break them, life will remain unforgiving. With the soundscape, he ushers in a sense of community and camaraderie that is then lyrically shaped and transferred to the listener. It’s catchy, upbeat, dynamic and warm. James White & The Wild Fire – The Girl From Fort Worth
James White & The Wild Fire is a folk rock band. They are known to forge dimensions of bluegrass, country and Americana into vintage folk frames. Their latest release is the ‘How to Replace Anxiety with a Broken Heart’ EP, a collection that fantastically represents the band’s dynamism, creativity and versatility. Taken from this is the track, ‘The Girl From Fort North’. It’s a storytelling song that is energised by spontaneous rhythms, fun tempos and vocals that race through the song. The riffs and grooves are built into each other and they travel like a hurried breeze. The neoclassicals create theatrical effects within the soundscape and take the listener to a fresh place.
